I am so glad this took much less time and much less painful than I thought it would be.
-RB Endlinks
-New Tie rod ends.
Maybe now an alignment and corner weighting...the later is probably a waste for a street car. I just wish my car was more presentable and didn't have a huge dent in the quarter panel.

I'll be doing the same soon and replacing every single bushing in a Lincoln with 35 years of rust on it. I imagine it won't go quite as well as it did for you.

Is that a hammered metal finish on that sway bar?

yeah. I had it custom. you know for the ladies.
Actually thats just how Flyin Miata does their sway bars. dont know why maybe its more durable.

Yeah I imagine not. I would start stocking up on penetrating sprays and hosing the bolts a few times a week.

Cost of bushings $150.00
Cost of penetrating lube $300.00
Cost of bandaids $10.00
Regaining the stock 1979 shitty handling priceless

I bet the 1979 handling is better than the busted up loose 1979 handling.
